Before we started our journey here at Southern Improvements. We did our homework. My wife and I went around for a year and got quotes from every local company from remodeling down to your average handyman jobs. This way we would be able to offer our customers a more affordable way to upgrade their homes, and still make a livable wage for our family.

     Unlike other companies we do not upcharge for materials or try and force people into fixing things that are not broken. One of our favorite quotes is, "If it ain't broke don't fix it."
